The managing director of Proffoppgjør AS is responsible for the processing of personal data. Day-to-day compliance is delegated to the compliance officer.
What we use data for
To fulfil settlement agreements with clients when property is sold, and as part of the agency's control measures. Data you send through the form on this website is only used to reply to you.
How long we keep it
No longer than needed for the purpose or legal obligations. Estate agency regulations require us to keep documents from each assignment for ten years. Otherwise we delete data when you ask.
Sharing and processors
We share data with public authorities where the law requires it, otherwise only with your consent. We have data processing agreements with everyone processing data on our behalf. Data is stored on servers in Norway.
